COURT-CONNECTED MEDIATION AT THE KUDUS RELIGIOUS COURT (STUDY OF 2017-2023 SHARIA ECONOMIC DISPUTE DECISION PUBLICATION)

Mediation usually falls into the category of ADR or non-litigation outside settlements court and is now connected with litigation settlement in court or Court Connected Mediation. The author wants to examine the effectiveness of the connected mediation process with the court in saving time and giving satisfactory results, reply to anti-competitive concerns as well as the negative effects of privatization of justice. The object of study used by the author to make decisions regarding Sharia economic disputes in the Kudus Religious court in in 2017-2023 which has been published. But for cases in the institution of the Kudus Religious Courts, the use of mediation in court has not been able to show its effectiveness.
